
We take great pride in our service department and our service professionals. We will stand behind our warranty, going above and beyond more often than not, to please our customers.
Although rare, service issues do arise from time to time, even with the most reliable product. It's what a company chooses to do about it that separates the good from the bad. A warranty is only a piece of paper if the company won't back it up.
Unfortunately, it can be very costly for an above board company to operate a full time service department because there is not service to be done all day, every day. You could compare us to the Maytag repairman; it can get lonely at times.
It is for this reason we have re-tooled our service areas in all locations and are now equipped to repair most makes of windows and doors. We have a wide range of parts in stock or we can use our manufacturing contacts to try and find that "needle in the haystack". Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all the parts you require will still be available. We will however, do everything in our power to find a solution.
