Whether it's from the business or consumer point of view, there is no substitution for excellent sales people. The communication between the customer and the sales person cannot be underestimated. Most people come to us with a general idea of what they want but ultimately, it's up to the salesperson to turn those ideas into reality.
Each location has a large showroom with several products in several different styles on display which, regardless of the size, can be extremely helpful when planning your project. We display all of our product in finished walls for a realistic portrayal of the end result. Why shop from a brochure?
All three Polar Bear locations are staffed with some of the most experienced and knowledgeable sales people in the industry. Our sales department is split into two categories, cash & carry or installed. Cash & carry generally refers to "in store" sales where installed sales are primarily done "in house".
