Awning Windows
With an identical frame and sash profile, the awning will offer the same benefits and features as a casement, triple weather seals, unobstructed view and security etc. It does not provide as much ventilation as a casement but it performs very well in certain applications.
Available in sizes from 19" - 48" in width and 16" - 40" in height.
Used as an alternative to sliders in basements or as an operating transom above a picture window, the awning can be quite useful. It cranks from the bottom up as opposed to the side which provides great protection against the rain, even when open.
