Single Sliding Window
Our 1000 SS is a horizontal single sliding window where one sash is permanently fixed into the frame and one sash slides, it can be manufactured to operate in either direction. The sliding sash is a lift out and can be easily removed if need be. This particular style is best suited for those openings that are wider than they are tall.
Available in sizes from 24" - 72" in width and 12 1/2" - 42" in height.
While not quite as efficient as a casement our TNT offers a suitable alternative when casements aren't the most practical solution. Crank windows in general can be troublesome in certain spots especially when they open into areas of heavy foot traffic i.e., decks, sidewalks, children's play areas etc. All would be appropriate spots for a different window style.

Based on the test results, the tilt & turn window met the performance levels as outlined in CSA A440-00 with respect to the following:
- Air Tightness - A3
- Water Tightness - B2
- Wind Load Resistance - C3
